Deborah earned her BA at Duke University and completed her               law degree at NYU. She has lived in Hilton Head since 2002 with her husband and daughter.

Meet Deborah Jans

As a former homeowner representative for Hilton Head's largest property management company, I have worked closely with owners of some of the Island's premier properties, identifying and resolving the kinds of maintenance issues that often arise  when homes are unoccupied for extended periods of tim.  HVAC and plumbing problems, landscaping issues, unlocked doors, mildew, mold and even rat infestation can create headaches and worse for owners arriving to enjoy their vacation properties.

My experience in property management allowed me to develop excellent working relationships with many of the Island's top service providers. I have been an "absentee homeowner" and have experienced first hand the frustrations of long distance property management.
