Guest Key Service

  • Leave key in hidden lockbox at property for expected guest

Vendor/Service Tech Visit

  • Meet vendor or service tech at  property for delivery/service calls. Make arrangements for powerwashing, window washing, roof and screen enclosure blowing. Meet with painters, tilers, landscapers, pool techs and other vendors and service providers, as required. If a service appointment  coincides with regular inspection of property, then only that time spent in addition to the time spent for my inspection will be charged at my concierge service rates.

Grocery Service

  • Purchase, deliver and put away groceries and household supplies, including replacement batteries, light bulbs, or water softener pellets..

Water Potted Plants

Forward Mail/Packages/Left Items

  • Forward mail, packages, or other items on request.

Respond To Notice of Active Security Alarm

  • Visit the property in response to notice of active security alarm.

Emergency Condition Response

  • Direct repairs to property  in connectioin with a reported or discovered emergency condition at the property.

Severe Weather Conditions Activities

  • Pre-severe weather visit to property to secure outdoor furniture/personal property.

Freezing Weather Services

  • "Drip" faucets/showers in connection with freezing temperatures forecast.
