Fees for Weekly Home Watch Service
Homes The weekly home watch inspection fee for homes with less than 4,000 sq/ft under air is $32; homes between 4,000 and 5,000 sq/ft under air are $42/week, and homes over 5,000 sq/ft under air are $52 weekly.
Villas and Townhomes The weekly home watch inspection fee for villas or townhomes with no more than 3 bedrooms is $25.VRBO rental inspection turns are $40.
Fees for Concierge Services
My hourly rate for concierge services performed during normal business hours is $32 an hour or any part thereof. Thereafter, the fee is $16 per ½ hour or any part thereof. I charge $45/hour for services delivered outside of normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The cost of any necessary international calls to the owner or the owner's representative or agent will be charged to the owner. The cost of goods, supplies, packaging, postage or any other out-of-pocket expenses associated with any concierge service is in addition to my hourly fee.
